The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) adds new regulations all the time. These can scare the buyers and definitely cause confusion. I like the buyers at the inspection so I can show them the difference between what is important and what is not. If the buyer cannot be present, I will answer all questions over the phone or can go back to the house if needed. I am there for the inspection and will be there after the inspection. This is my commitment.
