All inspection companies should do the basic inspections required by the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). We do this and more. We want our customers to know everything, and then they can decide what is important to them. Examples of extras at no cost: pictured/digital report, shower pan leakage test, sprinkler systems, well operations, septic system visual and flow checks, carbon monoxide testing, gas grills, moisture indication test, re-inspection for repairs, and outbuildings when included on the square footage and type of foundation. We only have extra charges for water well chloroform test and out of town driving. If you are shopping for a cheap inspection, do not call us. We only give honest and thorough inspections. 1. Schedule

Whether through phone, email or text, We will work hard to schedule an appointment that fits the time best for you. We will make all of the arrangements for the set-up of the inspection appointment and confirm with the buyers and realtor.

2. Inspect

We will ensure you a very thorough and efficient home inspection. Our primary purpose is to inspect real estate and provide the best and most accurate report for the homebuyer. Depending on the size of the house I will be there as long as it takes evaluating everything from the rooftop to the crawlspaces and everything in-between!

3. Review

We prefer the home buyer to be present at the inspection so that we can go over the report at the end of the inspection. But also know that you can’t always make it, so we will also provide you with an emailed digital report to the buyer and realtor (at the buyer’s request). It is a very easy-to-read report with pictures of any problems or concerns. We will always have it emailed out to you by the next day if not the night of the inspection. And we stress the importance of calling me with any questions you have about the report.
