Inspection time

• Ask questions before, during, and after the inspection.

• Make sure your realtor has checked to see if all the utilities are turned on before the inspection (if it’s a vacant home).

• I will be there as long as it takes to get the inspection done. It all depends on the size and condition of the home.

• Within 24 hours you will receive a digital, easy-to-read inspection report with photographs of any areas of concern.
